Privacy Policy
Last updated October 2, 2026
Lemon Poppy Seats respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you contact us, request a consultation, or book a cleaning, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, address, and information about your car seat, stroller, or vehicle. We also collect limited, aggregated usage data through Google Analytics, described below. This website does not use advertising cookies.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors are located. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (for example _ga and _ga_*) that assign your browser a random identifier so repeat visits can be counted. This data is aggregated, is not used for advertising, and does not include your name or contact details. Google processes this data on our behalf under its privacy policy. You can opt out at any time by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally without these cookies.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and perform your service, and send confirmations and updates about your appointment. We only send marketing messages if you ask for them.
Sharing
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as email delivery, scheduling forms, website hosting, and website analytics, or when required by law. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Third-party links
Our site links to services like Instagram and Facebook. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.
Your choices
You can ask us to view, update, or delete your information at any time by emailing lemonpoppyseats@gmail.com.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
